Mars Russia is spread across four locations.
We are based in Stupino, a town of 80,000 inhabitants, located 100 kilometers south of Moscow. We produce a full range of famous confectionery bars at the snackfood factory. Two factories produce wet & dry dog and cat food: one is located in the Moscow region, another one in Novosibirsk, Siberia region. A range of ready soups is produced in a factory located in the Moscow region.
Mars Information Services, our internal Global Information Technology division also has a hub site in Stupino.
Mars Graduate Development Program
MGDP Program is a highly competitive program designed to attract talented graduates and young professionals and develop them as highly professional managers. For several years MGDP Program has brought about 50 manager-trainees from all over Russia and Ukraine, who have become successful managers in different departments of the company. We seek creative and ambitious young leaders with high learning abilities who are result driven. The selection process starts in November 2007. Successful candidates will be offered a position in Summer 2008.
