Mars in Caribbean and Central America
Mars Caribbean & Central America have began operating in the region primarily from Puerto Rico since 1967 and recently celebrated our 40th year anniversary. We are recognised in Latin America as the pioneers in route to market for our brands.
Mars Caribbean & Central America have over 130 associates located in the Caribbean, particularly in Puerto Rico, the operational base, and in the Dominican Republic, Jamaica and USVI, as well as, in Central America with associates in Panama, Costa Rica, Guatemala and El Salvador.
Our associates and our brands are our most valued assets. In terms of associates, we place great effort on associate development, engagement and in ensuring that we have the talent to fill current and future leadership positions through out this region.
